1814: The brothers Hueck found the „Fabrik in diversen Knöpfen und Handlung in Eisen-, Stahl- und Messingwaren“ (factory in diverse buttons and shop in iron- steel- and brass goods)

1864: Origin of the company name „Eduard Hueck“, enduring until today

1879: The new brass roller mill, Loher Straße goes into service and the first steam engine is applied

1908: Initiation of the first extrusion press

1938: A roller mill for the production of large-size aluminium- and brass sheets originates in Lüdenscheid-Elspe

1952: "Development-start of Hueck-system-profiles (first object: blue-gold-house for „4711“ in Cologne)"

1971: Production of the first thermally insulated profiles for the HUECK owned system

1995: Launch of the HUECK 1.0 system in accordance with the more rigorous requirments of the Heat Protection Regulations. A new fully automatic stacker store is taken into operation in the second quarter of 1995.

2010: Commissioning the ultramodern 27 MN extrusion plant with 2700 tonne pressure force.

2014: Reorganisation into three independent company divisions: HUECK GmbH & Co. KG, HUECK Extrusion GmbH & Co. KG and HUECK Service GmbH & Co. KG. HUECK celebrates the company's 200th birthday on 18 June 2014.

With over 500 employees, Eduard Hueck GmbH & Co. KG in Lüdenscheid is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of aluminium profile systems for windows, doors and façades, as well as aluminium profiles for the processing industry. Founded in 1814, the family company has been using its own extrusion presses for aluminium processing since 1908 and developing its own window, door and façade systems since the early 1950s. HUECK is Germany’s only system manufacturer to have its own foundry, stamping facility and system development at a single location.
